June 10, 20196 yr have anyone tried the Zooz Zen 25? Is has great features, but I keep getting reliability issues depending on how the ISY perceives the device. It appears to pick up phantom nodes and when trying to communicate to them it will lose communication with the entire module some times.

I am looking at the ZEN26 and ZEN27. Figured if the ZEN25 worked then I may be in good shape.

They are not updating UI status in Admin Console (also in Agave app) when I control device manually. Does it work for you? Do you see status changes in the Admin Console when you manually turn the plug on/off? Thanks!

I would contact monoprice to see if it does.

I get these phantom nodes with my ISY for lots of devices not just the Zooz devices. I have lots of the ZEN15 and ZEN20 devices and every now and again a "Color Light" is associated with one of them. I've had a weird effect that I noticed today where a child of the ZEN20 (powerstrip) plug 2 that is turned on/off by a program only was showing "On" in the Admin Console but when I queried it then changed to "Off" which is what it should have been. Not sure why the AC was showing it as on when it was off and the only control is from the ISY.
