rcxyz Posted March 19, 2018 Posted March 19, 2018 Mobilinc Pro cannot connect to my ISY994i, although it used to work perfectly. It stopped working a couple of weeks ago, I don't know of any change to my network or my phone that would have impacted this. I have an iPhone running iOS 11.2.6. BTW, my husband's copy of Mobilinc Pro has the same problem. Mobilinc says that it has automatically detected Smartlink, but the ip address that it lists is not the address of the ISY when I look at the DHCP status table on my router. Do I need to assign a static IP address to the ISY? Thanks so much for your help. Ruth
