The download appears to work regardless of the error report.
I have rebuilt my google home account (for the fifth time now) from the ground up,  and I only have one account.

 

Google home knows about all my ISY Portal defined links  as soon as I give it my UDI account name, without using the ISY Portal download function.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
