Unable to pair insteon HD wifi camera to ISY

I'm new to this insteon devices. I have the ISM modem working and paired well with ISY. Now I tried the youtube video link on the wiki page. It just doesn't work for me. Can someone please point me to a link where I can set this up step by step. Its a indoor camera.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have wasted all of my weekend trying to figure this out.

Additional info from troubleshooting. 

1) Able to ping the IP address. It responds back. 

2) Tried  " New insteon device" from admin console. if I provide the IP address in address box,  I get address not properly formatted. I suspect its not IP address.

3) Tried web page as shown in youtube here in wiki(

 

I get the following error when I inspect the page.
