Launcher

I have tried to install ISY994i. Java has been upgrades, I have checked several time to make sure the cables are install correctly, I have reset isy several times. I get the same errors.I have already paid for the license, I'm not sure what is wrong.

Can anyone help?

Check your LEDs on the front of the ISY.

Only one blue light on. Cables are installed correctly.The Mac ip will not work in the izy launcher.

A couple of things:  You'll need a route to your ISY from the computer you're trying to run the Admin Console.  If you can ping the ISY's IP address from the computer you'll be running the AC on, then you should be able to click on the "Add" button in the Launcher and enter this: http://<your ISY IP address>/desc" and you're good to go.  Also, I suspect that since the ISY is not able to connect to the Portal then there is some network issue getting in the way of ISY <--> Portal communications.
