smacbride Posted December 21, 2019 Posted December 21, 2019 So I installed Agave and used it in trial mode, and I really like the application. Today my trial period expired so I went ahead and purchased the options I needed. Right now I can connect via the UDI portal and it works OK, however if I tell it to only use the primary (local IP) connection, It only shows the Red Cloud in the upper right, and doesn't connect to the primary. If I chose auto detect, then it connects to the portal/cloud but not the primary. I can never get it show the 1 on the upper right, only the cloud. Any ideas? I'm using the iOS version of agave, my ISY is running 5.0.16
smacbride Posted December 21, 2019 Author Posted December 21, 2019 I also purchased the thermostat module, and I can't get agave to control my thermostats.
smacbride Posted December 22, 2019 Author Posted December 22, 2019 I re-booted my iPhone and now the primary connection is working. However, I still can't control my thermostats. I can press on the up and down arrows and feel a 'bump' but the temperature never changes. With the Event viewer open, I don't see any thermostat commands being passed through. I also have Mobilinc installed on my iPhone, and the thermostat controls work fine through that app. Any ideas?

smacbride Posted December 26, 2019 Author Posted December 26, 2019 OK, so I'm back to the primary connection not working. It just uses the portal and nothing else. If I chose to use the primary only, then it just shows a red 2 in the upper right corner. Also, I still can't get the up/down arrows on the thermostat controls to do anything. Pressing the button longer only causes Agave to think that I want to move the tile around.

If so, try to open the file to full page first by pressing the upper left corner, where the orange color is. From the full page try adjusting the temperature.

I found out a few days ago that pressing the button three times in quick secession will change the temperature by 1 degree. I currently have a ticket with their help support looking into the issue.

Settings -> ISY Logon Settings -> Allow VPN Connection Yes that fixed the problem, thanks. Still having issues with the temperature controls. It appears to only work if you "triple tap" the arrows. I have an open support ticket. Thanks!
