Insteon and ISY (new user)

I would like the LED status on a Keypadlinc 6 button (Button B) to illuminate when the status of a light on a separate Switchlinc is on. I also want the button Keypadlinc 6 button (Button B) to toggle on and off the light on the Switchlinc. To make this easier to understand here is the naming I have for these devices.

Keypad (6 button):
Front Porch Lights On/OFF
Button B - Driveway Light (Toggle Mode)

Switchlinc:
Driveway Light On/OFF

Scene in ISY:
Keypad (6 button):Button B = Controller
Switchlinc-Driveway Light = Responder

When I push Button B on the Keypad it either turns on or off the Driveway Light (as expected)
When I push the Switchlinc-Driveway Light On or Off the Keypadlinc Button B LED does not reflect the status of the SwitchLinc. (I expect this behavior as this button is not a responder of the Switchlinc).

How can I make these two devices operate in sync with each other?

I plan to have a few buttons on various keypads throughout the house that turn on or off all or select exterior lights. I would like the keypad buttons assigned to the various lights to properly reflect their status. LED on if Light is on and Off if light is off regardless of what device or action changes their state.
