Yes to all. Depending on how old your isy is, it may be under warranty. You can put a ticket in with udi for help as well prior

I'd first try the ISY only.  But anytime you unplug both, the PLM must be plugged in first and given 30-60 second to boot and stabilize, then plug the ISY in--- the PLM has to be ready to communicate before the ISY boots.
