First time login with Polisy loops back to login screen

I ordered the Polisy when it was first announced and it has been sitting on the shelf since I got it. ? I finally have time to set it up, but I cannot get past the login screen. I use the default admin/admin combination, I get a green bar that says "You are now logged in" then it goes back to the login screen. This happens in Safari and Chrome on a Mac and Edge and Chrome on Windows. I have opened a ticket, but it was late on Friday so I'm hoping someone might know what my issue is.

Running 5.3.0.

Factory reseting makes no change.

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
