BWalsack Posted January 19, 2021 Posted January 19, 2021 I can access / login to my ISY portal remotely (Windows 10 & Brave), but after updating my ISY 994i to firmware 5.3.0 and installing the UD Mobile app on my pixel 4xl with android 11 (app has keyboard issues), I've got several issues. I can't login to my ISY locally, keep getting invalid credentials 401 (Error encrypting remote password please notify developer) or thru the local connection settings of the app. I didn't change my username or password before the update or the app install. I have cleared cache and storage, uninstalled app and reinstalled. Could use a hand with this. Thanks in advance!
Javi Posted January 19, 2021 Posted January 19, 2021 Hi @BWalsack, Did you upgrade from a version < 5.0? If true your user name and password may have been reset to the default admin admin per upgrade documentation. 1
