Hi @diggler,

The error appears to show an invalid device address (C 63 EC 1).  Please post an image of this same screen with the header showing the device address (top left), and let us know your ISY firmware version.  This image does not need to show the error. I want to check if the app has a valid address or if the address is being changed when sending the command.

If this started after a sync, please reboot the ISY then resync.

Does this happen on the local network also (setting>system>name>advance)?

If it doesn't, or if unable to connect to the local network please logout of the portal account (setting>ISY Portal Accounts>Name> Delete). Then go back to you system and add login (setting>systems>name). 

If that doesn't work we can schedule a remote session to diagnose.
