Have you been able get this resolved?
scrutch Posted October 13, 2021 Author Posted October 13, 2021 The problem is still not resolved. I am so frustrated I am considering making them a contribution to an artificial reef. This has the makings for the journal of irreprduceable results. I have a ticket open with UD. 2 weeks and no response to my last question.s I have set the project aside because it is just too frustrating. I will work on building resolve and go back to it soon. 1

Z-Wave battery devices must be "awake" and listening for a query to function. On most Z-Wave battery devices their manuals provide directions for how to wake up the device. This is usually 1 or more presses of the button used to include/exclude them.
saninberg Posted November 17, 2021 Posted November 17, 2021 I got a Zooz ZSE29 motion sensor today and was trying to set parameters from the notify sensor page, even with pressing the tamper switch 3 times to wake up the sensor. I could not query or set parameters. But when I right click, select zwave and then select set configuration parameters from this small window I can query and set parameters when waking up the sensor.
