paulw Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 I'm new to this so I may be missing something. I looking for the ability go test a date range without year being involved. An example would be where I want Christmas lights to act differently say from Dec 21 to Jan 2, than during other times. Another situation is where I want to change behavior of devices during summer months. I have looked at date conditions, but year always seems to be part of it. Quote
Michel Kohanim Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 Hi Paul, Unfortunately that feature is not available currently but is high on our list. auger66 Posted December 20, 2009 Posted December 20, 2009 Ooooh. Lurker-soon-to-be-ISY user. Switching over from X-10 to Insteon when Smarthome has a sale. This will be a must-have feature for me, too. Quote
paulw Posted December 20, 2009 Author Posted December 20, 2009 Auger66, I just made the plunge last week after putting it off for a couple of years. Just did not feel the 99i abilities were robust enough. Finding a couple of short comings, but for the most part being able to accomplish my needs. Always more than one way to skin a cat, so to speak. I had been using a Time Commander (x10 only) which had a stronger programming capability but the 99i is catching up. I'm pleased with the purchase, just working through the learning curve. Quote
Sub-Routine Posted December 21, 2009 Posted December 21, 2009 Right now you can set up several years in advance. If Time is 12:00:00AM on 2010/01/01 Or Time is 12:00:00AM on 2011/01/01 Or Time is 12:00:00AM on 2012/01/01 Or Time is 12:00:00AM on 2013/01/01 Or Time is 12:00:00AM on 2014/01/01 Or Time is 12:00:00AM on 2015/01/01 Then Run Program 'Flash Lights' (Then Path) Else - No Actions - (To add one, press 'Action') Rand Quote
