I reinstalled Simplicity Studio and seemed to get the Zooz stick updated. Apparently had didn't have something installed that I should have. However, now IoP doesn't recognize the Zooz.

Did you make sure zwave did not become unchecked? Are you getting an error message

Did you make sure zwave did not become unchecked? Yes. I also unchecked it and saved it and then rebooted. Then checked it again. Saved it and rebooted.

Are you getting an error message? It says Z-Wave dongle not responding.

Thank you @Michel Kohanim for helping me solve this problem.

The TPM board was not seated properly which started causing more issues. Once the TPM board was seated properly all worked as expected. I expect the TPM board issue was the result of me not being careful when I opened and closed the cover on my Polisy.
