Setting time backwards may cause PG3 to stop updating until the next day (or it's restarted).

Does that include the time set back that occurs in the Fall with the move to standard time from summer daylight saving time?

I had exactly the same question when I saw that.  You beat me to posting.  let's tag @bpwwer.

    I'm not sure.  No one reported any issues when the time change happened last fall.  This issue was reported by someone who was messing around with the system time on their Polisy.  

    That's a good point and I'll have to elevate the priority to check that.
