Is it just me or is there a general issue ?

I had some issues with the Java update and after re-installing Java I have been unable to download the launcher from     https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp     .

I have tried on 2 computers but each time the browser opens with an empty window and nothing downloads.

I also noticed that (on a 3rd computer with existing Java)  I can only open the AC  on LAN and not  on Cloud.

@asbril just tested this and was able to get everything to download and launch (using cloud) correctly. Might be your browser...are you using Chrome? I've had some issues over the past few months that sometimes it doesn't want to download a file correctly (mostly it's for PDF, but guess it could be anything). I usually get it to run if I open the link in a new window then refresh the blank page the file will download.

As for launching the AC with the cloud link...again...worked for me first try.

Interesting thing on the Java side though. I noticed that I had the 32bit Java yesterday and I was testing something for myself. Each time I tried to download Java again it would install in the Program Files (x86) file and run 32-bit java. Even though I was using Chrome and Firefox (both 64bit browsers) and the default "download java" appeared to be offering me 64bit java. I had to manually download and install the 64bit to get that to work. That's more just an aside from some random testing I was doing yesterday after others have been having java issues I wanted to test from a blank slate.

Hope it corrects itself for you soon.

If in doubt about the site being up or down check this site to test it: https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/

(just don't test the "isy" sub-domain as that will appear down. Just do main site of https://www.universal-devices.com/)

The good news if for anyone else, that everything is working. The bad news is on my side having to figure it out :-)

I just found out that it is an issue with my Comcast connection. When I connected the computer to my phone wifi, it works fine.

Thanks.  It is weird as it happens on my 3 Windows 11 computers. As someone told me already.... I should not  have upgraded to W11 :-(

IIRC the cloud server was shut down due to security reasons a few months ago? I am not sure it ever returned to service.

Really? I've had 2 computers work really well with Win11. Of course, I don't use them and none of my current computers can "handle" the upgrade so I'm stuck at Win10. But from what I've seen, heard, and read Win11 is decent.

Probably just a local DNS issue that should resolve in time. I mean you are at the end of the road in Florida so it's mostly just one way traffic from your area.  :D

Hopefully it will resolve soon. If this has been an ongoing occurrence (for many days/weeks) then it could be a bigger issue, but if it just started today...probably nothing to worry about (yet).

Even after resetting one of my PC's I still have the same issue, even with de-activating my Virus program. I also tried to download "start" to Dropbox and then opening it on the other computer, but it refused to open. Very weird.

I tried also the following with no success. From the ISY Portal, ISY Web access (all devices, scenes, programs show), Web Access, Install Administrative Console. Something weird is going on and my personal best bet is the latest windows 11 update....

@larryllix I think you're referring to PGC. However, @asbril is referring to the "cloud" link to launch Admin Console.

That still operates normally.

You are correct. I was confused there.

@MrBill has been a tremendous help for me with several issues and I think that he also is guiding me in the right direction here.  Yesterday I wanted to create a second wifi network at home and I may have messed up, because I have no problems when connecting the computer to my Phone's wifi. Tomorrow I will factory reset the router and check again. Thanks all for your guidance.
