I can view my camera while at home and WiFi is on. However if I turn off WiFi I can not access the camera. This camera has been working perfectly up to about a couple weeks ago. It is the Insteon PTZ camera. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? Did Insteon shut off their server or change their access info? Or has something changed in my Comcast gateway?

Insteon went bankrupt in late April and the servers went offline.  In June a new owner got them back online.  After August 1st the server requires a subscription fee.  You can subscribe here: https://www.insteon.com/store
