Not exactly the same problem but also IoX launcher related.

Just got my eisy hooked it up and downloaded the latest launcher.

If I request firmware update nothing is happening.

Same problem here.  If you use the CLOUD admin it will let you in, but the LAN admin portal shows this version error.
