dpierre
I installed the z-wave matter board per the instructions for IoX Release v5.5.2. Now the ISY is not found. I can get into polisy. Polisy says it recognizes the ISY, but the user name and password need to be set. Okay, so I re-input (same credentials) via the settings in polisy. No change. If I try via web browser: https://x.x.x.x:8443/desc, I received the following error: Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to x.x.x.x:8443. You are attempting to import a cert with the same issuer/serial as an existing cert, but that is not the same cert. I also also updated and cleared java. Any thoughts would be appreciated Link to comment
Techman
Try removing power from the Polisy, wait about 30 seconds then power it up. Is the Polisy now showing in the admin console. Link to comment

DennisC
First, can you verify what device you are using? You indicate ISY, but you also indicated firmware v5.5.2. Then you go on to talk about Polisy? Did you mean PG3? If you are using Polisy or eisy, you should upgrade to v5.5.3 as soon as you get in. If you are speaking about using the Launcher to open admin console from a local connection, try using http://xxx.xxx.x.x:8080, not 8443. If this not what you are trying to do, please explain. Also, after upgrading you need to clear Java cache and download an update Launcher. Edited January 13, 2023 by DennisC Added info Link to comment
Techman
@dpierre When you open the IoX Launcher, what do you see? If it's blank, then click the add button and insert your device IP address: https://x.x.x.x:8443/desc. This would be applicable for the Polisy and the eisy. Link to comment
