503 is system is not online or not communicating with Portal.  Added better error message in next release.

@asbril  Is your eisy rebooting every 5+ minutes?  I am getting this from the UD Mobile and that is what indicated the eisy keeps rebooting.

No it is not rebooting.

Could it be related to the Polisy that I deleted from UD Mobile ?

Based on the system name I would say yes.  Either disable or delete from settings tab > Systems.

I deleted the Polisy from system and it no longer shows, but somewhere/somehow  UD mobile seems to be looking for it.

Try swiping app from recent apps or reboot iphone. Maybe just an old entry?

I have this error too in the Mobile app.  Yet, I am on a Polisy and just updated from an i994.  It is the old reverence to the i994 that is showing the message.  I cannot find a way in the App to remove the now defunct system.

Seems it may be an issue with the App.

Update:

I logged out of everything and restarted --> The error cleared

Do you still have the error?   If you do can you verify there is only a single system in Settings-Tab > Systems?
