Thanks. That is what I was thinking also. None of this makes any sense, especially since all was working; then we slept; then it was not working. Intermittent error.

Yeah. Click the ADD button and type the URL in manually. If found it will remember it.

@larryllixprovided the most direct answer. You can also use the REFRESH button. It should find your ISY on your home network. 

 

Now, to fully answer your question from my experience. I updates my ISY firmware to 5.3.4. I then updated to the new Admin Console and Finder (IoX Finder). IoX Finder I am told is Firmware version agnostic. My problem was slightly bigger. After updating the firmware, I was able to install the new Finder and get the Admin Console working. I also saved the new Finder info. To make a long story short, my ISY decided to permanently retire and under no circumstances could the repair people change its mind. So, enter a new EISY. It is working great. In fact, I have a couple of questions I need to post of this forum.
