wrj0 Posted April 14, 2023 Posted April 14, 2023 My order for a 2413U was placed on 21Mar23, and so far have only received the same email as @BMarking , saying "pre-orders are expected to ship in the next few days." My order status currently shows: "Unfulfilled."
ISY4Me Posted April 14, 2023 Posted April 14, 2023 Same for me. If they announce (implied) they are going to have all pre-orders shipped by 4/13 then they need to follow through or send another email with more accurate predictions.

MrBill Posted April 15, 2023 Posted April 15, 2023 Insteon added insult to those that pre-odered, because I believe they were shipping new orders on the day the order was placed. They should have put those orders at the end of the queue instead of having two queues. Glad to hear they are catching up the backlog tho....

JeffR Posted April 19, 2023 Posted April 19, 2023 Ordered mine a while back and finally received it Monday. Same upgraded hardware note and Rev 2.6 1223. Replacement went smooth including leak sensors and motion sensors. Keypads I had to do Restore Device for some reason, but everything is now up and responding in EISY.
