Hi All

I currently have programming reducing the dimming indicator brightness on all my 2477D's at 9pm until 6am.

Setting this to 0 level reduces it but does not turn it completely off.

I believe this was possible in the insteon app, but I can't find a way of doing so within ISY on my polisy.

Any suggestions woudl be greatly appreciated.

Thanks kindly

PB

Try an off setting above zero such as 2.  The backlight settings are a bit quirky, you may have to experiment with different values.

@TechmanThanks for the suggestion, but unfortunately no luck.
I went through the full span of 10% down to 0%.
4 to 0 made no difference.

I had a similar issue - the backlight setting of zero doesn't equate to off. But then I found under Options there is a checkbox setting called No LED. Checking that turned it off entirely. Don't know how to access that programmatically, but I turned off the bedroom switch LEDs using that option.

There are 245 other values to try :)

I found LED backlights very inconsistent with Insteon and different revisions operate differently. Early revisions did not even have backlight adjustment ... I have a few of these still. I remember issues trying to match the brightness of different revisions in a 2 or 3 gang.

In bedroom I have 2477D SwitchLinc Dimmer v.41 and setting at 0% I think it stays very dim, but I have frosted LED pipes in there so wasn't that big of issue.
