phawtrey Posted April 30, 2023 Share Posted April 30, 2023 Replaced my Polisy because of a short and now trying to reload node servers. Sonos loaded well but when I loaded Elk only 1 node was included - Elk Controller. Current status is connected and I can see that node in Polisy. I tried restarting, reloading and just about re-everything, but I only get that 1 node. Any help by way of direction would be much appreciated. Link to comment
kzboray Posted April 30, 2023 Share Posted April 30, 2023 @phawtrey You can only have one device / application using the Elk M1XEP interface at a time. If you still have the Elk connected to RP2 the problem might just be too many things trying to access the Elk at the same time. 1 Link to comment

phawtrey Posted April 30, 2023 Author Share Posted April 30, 2023 Thank you kzboray and DennisC. It turns out that the problem was Configuration. I entered the IP address of the Polisy instead of the ElkM1! (I feel like an idiot). What threw me off was the fact that the dashboard showed Elk as connected and one node appeared in Polisy! I need to look at logs more carefully in the future. Again, thank you both for your help Link to comment
