Michaelv
I have an ISY 994i/IR Pro that I have been running since it came out. I bought a Polisy Pro but could never use it as I could find a PLM. So, I bought a Eisay and a new PLM, but before installing it, I wondered if it will communicate with Homeseer via the insteon plugin that has been working my ISY. Has anyone come across this situation? Can Eisay work with homeseer? Link to comment
Michel Kohanim
@Michaelv, Whatever worked with 994 for INSTEON should work with HS. With kind regards, Michel Link to comment
bpwwer
@Michaelv Yes, the latest ISY plugin for HomeSeer does work with the latest eisy and Polisy firmware. 2 Link to comment
Michaelv
I had some time try try to get this to work. Homeseer knows the IP address of the Eisy but under the status Page there is nothing listed. I deleted the plugin and then reinstalled but i get the same result. Anything I could try? I have a lot if interaction between these two platforms. Link to comment

Does the plug-in log anything that might indicate what the problem is? Link to comment
mitchmitchell
I'm seeing the same issue within the last few days, the last eisy device update date in HS is 6/10/2023 10:21:44 PM an the log is full of the following message: Link to comment
bpwwer
Are you sure the plug-in is configured properly? From the log, the plug-in is not able to connect to the eisy at all. Link to comment
DennisC
Have you changed the eisy login credentials? It looks like the plug-in is using admin. Link to comment
Michaelv
I di not change the credentials they are the default ones. Link to comment

Michaelv
I restarted Homeseer, then disabled, then enabled the plugin and this is what came back in the log: (attached) MV LOG 6-13-23.txt Link to comment
bpwwer
@Michaelv Looks like the same issue as @mitchmitchell, the plug-in is not able to see or connect to the eisy. Make sure you have the correct ipaddress / port information and the correct username/password. Link to comment
Solution nccasinc Posted June 24, 2023 Solution Share Posted June 24, 2023 Mine has worked fine for several months. Be sure your EISY iP address is xx,xx,xx,xx:8080. You have to specify the port number :8080 for the EISY. Hope this works for you. Had the same issue as you at first!!!! 1 Link to comment
