Hello Everyone,

This is the support thread for PG3 v3.1.21

I'm running Polisy 5.6.0 and PG3 should have been current. After completing the Upgrade Packages from the AC I did a restart on PG3. Now when I try to launch the PG3 browser interface I'm getting a "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED" in the browser window. I've tried doing a full reboot from the AC but it didn't help. Any ideas on what to do next?

The package is missing a file that prevents PG3 from starting.  We're working to get it updated.

Yeah, I'm getting the same. Looks like PG3 did come back online.
Everything else works but no PG3

The package has been updated.  I believe all you need to do is run the "Upgrade Packages" again.

Works for me. Also, I get 5 beeps in succession, not 4 as always stated.

The extra beep is left over from a previous special sale UDI held for beeps. Don't announce it too loudly or everybody will want it free also. You could get a bill.

The current distro ( v3.1.21_1 ) installs and operates properly, thanks @bpwwer

After IoX upgrade to 5.6.2 -- IoX seems to be working fine. PG3 seems to be working fine as far as NS interaction with IoX and devices.

However:

1. Not able to load Production nor Non-Production NS Store.
   • Upon clicking Node Server Store, no dropdown is defaulted. Text at the top stuck at "Getting installable Node Server list from Polyglot Store. Standby....". Title says "PG3 Node Server Store ; Current Node Servers: 0"
   • Using the dropdown to select either Production or Non-Production, green progress window bottom right loads, but the text at the top stuck at "Getting installable Node Server list from Polyglot Store. Standby....".
   • Once a dropdown is selected and Refresh is clicked, empty table loads (just column headers visible) and the "Getting installable Node Server list from Polyglot Store. Standby...." text disappears.
     
      
2. Not able to load any purchases from Purchases tab.
   • Upon clicking Purchases tab, green progress window bottom right loads, but the text at the top stuck at "Getting list of purchases from UDI Portal. Standby....".
     

Have rebooted IoX 2x and PG3 3x since 5.6.2 IoX upgrade.

So, after *another* upgrade packages and manual reboot on IoX and another reboot on PG3, now everything seems to be populating correctly as far as NS Store and Purchases.
