EISY and Google Home

I've gotten my new EISY up an running (ported from ISY994), works great via online portal, admin console and UD App (Android).  As a very last step I'm reconnecting (I removed the previous account link) my portal to my Google Home account.  Whenever I attempt to do this, I get the following message via the Google Home App, "Could not reach Universal Devices.  Please try again".  I've gone so far as to remove and re-add the portal license attached to the EISY, but that did not work.

Also, when I use the 'ISY Portal Access Troubleshooting' option in the ISY Portal, it states that everything in correctly configured.  When using my previous ISY994, this worked fine and was operational as of this morning.

I was able to remove the UD account link to the Google account.  I then 're-established' the connection.  Taking that approach, I was able to read that authentication was successful, and I have observed that the connection has been re-established to isy.io but I still get the message that UD device cannot be accessed...

@JRC this might be something best fixed with a support ticket. Not sure how Google Home works with UDI so can't give you much help other than what's in the wiki or your the steps you've already tried.

Just moved this over to the Google Home area and maybe @bmercier would be able to help on the forums...otherwise try a support ticket for assistance.
