I bought the elk node after I upgraded to eisy. I configured my elk node with 2 areas and the rest of the settings. 155 nodes were discovered. My programs started to work normally. After a while, I noticed my programs stopped working. I check a PIR for instance, it shows the details in IOX but when i move in front of the PIR and I can see it detecting me, the status didn't change on IOX. I can reach my elk and ping it. any ideas how to troubleshoot the problem?

Getting Started

i have the same problem - i found that when the internet connection to the isy drops and recovers, the nodes are not communicating - have to restart the nodes to get it working again

Since this is a paid node. is this a bug that would be addressed folks? 

 

When I used the elk module on my 994, I never had any issue. it worked solid. this module is not stable. we regressed it seems 

its all my nodes that have to be reconnected

I've never seen this happen with the ELK NS. If you have the issue please download log package and PM it to me. I'll try to test when I am home from vacation.
