'Say All' action doesn't work

Am not getting any of my Sonos speakers to "say all' a phrase. The phrase does work as a 'say' on a single speaker.

So this works:  

Set 'ST-Sonos / Dining Room' Say Test Phrase 1

And this doesn't: 

Set 'ST-Sonos' Say All Test Phrase 1

Confirmed here.  I didn't notice as I don't use that function.
