Try rebooting and then try the backup.

Rebooted, same result

Try one more thing and if that doesn't work, open a support ticket with UD.

Try 6 presses of the multi function button and wait for the unit to shutdown. After it does, remove power, wait a minute and power it back up. Give it sufficient time to completely restart and then try upgrade packages by either 1 press of multi function button or the button in admin console.

Afterwards you will need to reboot again.

Looks like a corrupt file for insteon device 21.CF.D0. I had a similar problem and I needed to delete and readd the device. Or a restore from backup might work.

I tried to restore that device but it came back that it couldn't read that same config file....

After migrating to EISY this was the only device that I couldn't write updates to for some reason.

I'm going to delete and add a new device here and see what that does.

Thanks for pointing me in a direction

@drprm1I deleted and readded the same device. That worked for me. I suspect doing that creates a new .REC file to replace the corrupted one. An IoX restore from an old backup might work as well if the file in that backup was nor corupt but I did not try that
