Need recommendation for Motion Sensors for specific reasons

Hello,

I thought I would piggyback on this recommendation thread, looking to use a Motion Sensor that will keep the light on in a closet until movement is no longer detected.  I would also like a MS to use in the garage that if no movement is detected it would send the off command.

Is this available or doable?

@AnthemAVM split this out since the other thread seemed to have run it's course and you have NEW request for specific use case. This way people might see your post and help rather than skipping a post that seemed to have been resolved. 

What was wrong with the suggestion that @Techman offered in the other thread? Sound like you just need to get a sensor then learn how to program it correctly to correctly handle your situation.
