I have about 20 shortcuts which update colours and icons based on device status which have worked fine for several weeks. 
lately the status updates have been very sporadic. Tonight, only my variable shortcuts are updating. 
Polisy up and running. Network is fine. Uncertain why my favorites fail to update.

Appears my Polisy isn’t online. 
Starting to suspect it’s going offline on a semi regular basis.

Please verify firmware is up to date.

If using on your local network it may help to setup Local Connection Settings. See

I see reference to 5.7.2, but my polisy is running 5.7.1 and when I run update it stays at 5.7.1 so I assuming it must be the newest?

ill look into the local connection settings as my favourites randomly stop working.

Strange thing is. At this moment the shortcuts on my iPhone are not working while the shortcuts on my ipad are. 
both are on the same wifi network and have connectivity.  Cant see what the difference is. 

Try rebooting system, if not already tried.

Try synchronization on the phone having issues. 

If that doesn't correct issue any errors in Settings-Tab > Systems> your-system > Test Remote connection?
