all,

im going crazy on something that should be a 5 minutes things. I want Alexa to talk to UD.

documentation states:

Make sure your ISY is configured with TLS 1.2 and Strength All and Verify is unchecked for HTTPS Client settings. If you are unsure, please consult this document Network Security Configuration Guide

that links mention to click on "dashboard" but all the iox launcher shows me is admin console.

where is that dashboard???

In this instance "dashboard" = "admin console"

All you need to do is ensure you have an active portal license and then run the Alexa Skill (I believe v3) and set up devices in the UDI Portal.
