All of my programs have disappeared and I can't access any of my devices. I do a "Restore ISY" from a few different backups but they still are not there. Any Ideas?

Make sure it says connected and give the PLM firmware version.

I did a restore modem and got my programs back but am still not access any of my devices. PLM is v63/Connected

Do you see modules changing in the GUI screen when you locally actuate them. Like does the ISY screen update if you turn a SwitchLinc on and off?

Just curious to see if the PLM is passing anything on to the ISY99i.

Yes, the GUI is correctly showing the State when manually actuating.

I just did a restore device on one of them and it seemed to clear it up. I'm doing a "Restore Devices" now to see if it fixes the rest.

That usually happens with a defective PLM (or a loose cable). Please do keep an eye out for disappearing programs or unresponsive devices. If it happens again, I strongly recommend getting a replacement PLM.

 

Final note: you do not need to restore devices.
