Cannot access isy-99

I can't access isy from local computer, can't find it on my network either, I've unplugged it, reset it and no luck.

Do you see any of the LEDs lit on the Front Panel?

The normal one green lite.

How 'bout the rear panel?

 

There are also 2 LEDs on the rear of the ISY where the Ethernet cable attaches. One LED indicates a good network connection (should be on solid) while the other should flash with network activity

Apologies for the inconvenience. As jerlands suggested, it's very important to know the status of the LEDs.

 

I do have another question: did this happen all of a sudden or after an upgrade?

Well very strange, this happened all of a sudden no upgrades or changes, but today I can access just fine???? very strange. just to note leds on back were blinking like normal when I could not access it.
