jukeman Posted May 1, 2024 Posted May 1, 2024 For the past 24 hours, I have been receiving an Error 404 when UD mobile tries to connect to the portal. Are others having this issue? Is there an issue with the server(s)? Thanks for any update.

It appears that granting the access, and entering the local credentials didn't make a difference? Am I mistaken? Did something change in the UD Mobile app or at the server end that is requiring changes be made to credentials in the app, to allow connectivity. By the way, I am on Android. It has been working perfectly for years, with the exception when there were server issues about 4-5 months ago at the Portal level. Thank you again
