I have forgotten how to save the java login as an icon on my desktop.

You need to clear java cache with all 3 boxes checked, then visit

https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp

and download the iox finder. At first execution of the java app, the icon (for that version of iox) is added to your desktop

@aLf question is what computer OS are you running?

Windows, macOS, other?

Make sure you're using the basic Java you get when visting: https://www.java.com/en/ (current version 8 Update 421 - Don't download "crazy" java versions thinking a higher number is better...those are typically for only specific use cases. IoX Launcher is developed with "generic" java installed on standard operating systems.)

Depending on your computer operating system the process gets tricky if not Windows based.

In addition to the above, I like to go to http://<I.P.address of eisy>:8080/admin.jnlp 

This will load a direct icon to the admin console of your device and makes login much faster. Only works locally.
