david-4
I don't see any YoLink devices after installing the YoLink node. I have Yolink working on my phone and have three water leak detectors running fine on the Yolink hub. I have loaded the User Access Credentials in the YoLink Node configuration and I have restarted a couple of times. I have even rebooted the Polisy. The YoLink hub shows up in the AC but no other Yolink devices. When I click on add node I get the following window. What do I put in the fields to find my leak detectors. Everything I have tried just returns an error. Link to comment
drprm1
Are there nodes showing on the PG3x dashboard. Have you tried restarting the AC? Dont know how long the interval to report is for the leak sensor but you might try hitting the set button on the sensor then restarting AC to see if it shows up. You don't do anything. If you've set things up correctly they should auto populate in the PG3x dashboard portion for YoLink in the "Nodes" section. It might require a webpage refresh to populate a number. You might also need to restart the plugin for it to correctly connect and import the nodes. You might want to change the log level to "debug" and restart the plugin and look for any possible errors it might have trying to connect. Allow a few minutes for the log to settle and you can turn off auto scroll and then look back what has populated, or you can download the log and open it and view in a text editor. Finally, be sure that you've closed and restarted Admin Console (as @drprm1 suggests). It's always best to have admin console closed when altering anything in Polyglot (PG3x) as the admin console only updates (PG3x changes) on start. Once you have the devices showing in the PG3x Nodes screen they will be visible on the next launch of admin console. 2 Link to comment
david-4
Only one node for the hub, no others : I have restarted AC and stopped and started node and refreshed webpage multiple times. As suggested I ran debug: 2024-09-23 17:55:25.715 Thread-7 (start) udi_interface INFO yoLink_init_V3:__init__: Trying to obtain new Token - Network/YoLink connection may be down 2024-09-23 17:55:25.716 Thread-7 (start) udi_interface INFO yoLink_init_V3:refresh_token: Refreshing Token 2024-09-23 17:55:25.716 Thread-7 (start) udi_interface DEBUG yoLink_init_V3:refresh_token: Exeption occcured during refresh_token : 'expirationTime' 2024-09-23 17:56:00.723 Thread-7 (start) udi_interface INFO yoLink_init_V3:__init__: Trying to obtain new Token - Network/YoLink connection may be down 2024-09-23 17:56:00.724 Thread-7 (start) udi_interface INFO yoLink_init_V3:refresh_token: Refreshing Token 2024-09-23 17:56:00.724 Thread-7 (start) udi_interface DEBUG yoLink_init_V3:refresh_token: Exeption occcured during refresh_token : 'expirationTime' 2024-09-23 17:56:18.103 MQTT udi_interface.interface DEBUG interface:_message: QUEUING incoming message shortPoll 2024-09-23 17:56:18.104 Command udi_interface.interface DEBUG interface:_parseInput: DEQUEING shortPoll 2024-09-23 17:56:18.105 Command udi_interface.interface DEBUG interface:_handleInput: PROCESS shortPoll message {} from Polyglot 2024-09-23 17:56:35.730 Thread-7 (start) udi_interface INFO yoLink_init_V3:__init__: Trying to obtain new Token - Network/YoLink connection may be down 2024-09-23 17:56:35.731 Thread-7 (start) udi_interface INFO yoLink_init_V3:refresh_token: Refreshing Token Link to comment

Interesting that at least you have the hub showing. I don't remember the process when I set mine up. Maybe @Panda88 can chime in with some assistance from the bit of the log you posted. It seems that it's not correctly accessing the account. I checked my log from a recent restart and it does have a "Refreshing Token" line, but it is followed with a line that contains: "yoLink_init_V3:__init__: Retrieving YoLink API info" Be sure you've added both the UAID and SECRET_KEY (and maybe add the "TEMP_UNIT" = F (for fahrenheit). @drprm1 I'm not sure what pressing the set button will achieve. Are you thinking it will "wake up" and be found? I didn't have to do that with any sensors, but I don't have leak sensors...just temp/humidity and vibration. @david-4 On the "more info" from the plugin page it provides this information: Credentials needs to be added to configuration in YoLink node server under PG3. In YoLink app goto Settings->Account->Advanced Settings -> User Access Credentials and copy UAID and SecretKey (alternaltive path in app is Profile->Advanced Settings -> User Access Credentials ) It is possible to get credentials for each home that is defined but the nodes server can only handle one of them currently Enter both UAID and SecretKey under configuration in the node in PG#'s browser page (scroll down if you do not see the fields to enter) - then restart - some times it seems to require 2 restarts to fully get all devices synchronized (I have looked but cannot find pattern) Sometimes a reboot of the ISY is required to make the node server show up correctly. If you've restarted the plugin a few times, and rebooted the eisy/Polisy then do a full power cycle (shutting down the device with the multi function button presses as outlined in the wiki. Lastly...are the YoLink Hub and eisy/Polisy on the same network? (They probably are since the hub is seen, but just wanted to make sure there wasn't some strange network setup happening.) 1 Link to comment

Everything else looks okay from the screenshots you’ve posted. Just the log is having issues with the token. If you do that and still have issues then I would suggest opening a support ticket with UD and maybe they can review. Submit a downloaded log package with your ticket. https://www.universal-devices.com/my-tickets/ Please update with any info you get if you have to open a ticket so that it might help others in the future. 1 Link to comment
Solution Panda88 Posted September 24 Solution Share Posted September 24 (edited) Can you send me the log file - you can message it to me Did you make sure there is no space at the end of the UAID and Secret Key Just to be cleat - the node shown is the PG3 node (to show it state) - it is not the HUB = there is no node for the hub as it offers no functionality - there are no Yolink devices imported Edited September 24 by Panda88 1 1 Link to comment

I just PM you with the logs. I appreciate you taking the time to help me with this. Edited September 24 by david-4 Link to comment
david-4
I just found the problem! How stupid of me. There was a space at the Beginning of the UAID field that I never detected. Everything seems to now be working. Thanks everybody for your help. 3 Link to comment
