Lost Elk status email report function during upgrade

I recently upgraded from the 994 to eisy. Most everything went well, but here's one issue I need further help with.

I'm running a program that sends a daily email to me listing the status of all my Elk wireless zones. The following three images show (1) the report customization, which did not change in the upgrade, (2) what the report looked like in the past with the 994, (3) what the report looks like now with eisy. You can see I've lost both the status reporting and the formatting. Any ideas about what may have happened? Thanks.

Update - I got my formatting fixed by using HTML. Still need help with Elk device status not reporting.

If you open up PGX adn the Plug in for the elk and go to the NODES tab... for each device, the system code you need will be on the right. There is "copy" icon. If you click on that icon, it will copy the correct format you need for the plugin's zones and status.

You will need to update each line in your custom notification to display the correct "address" to the new nodes.

The zones/devices you are using above are part of the old / discontinued module, vs the new Plug-in nodes.
