Geddy Posted Friday at 08:27 PM Posted Friday at 08:27 PM @johnstonf not that I think it's related, but does look like Google had an issue with their system over the last few days. https://www.androidpolice.com/google-home-devices-are-losing-it-right-now/ Apparently a "fix" has been released. While it's somewhat unlikely, there could be an overlap with the Google system having issues and what happened on the UD Portal side. It's even more possible that something in the fix could have further broken the UD connection. Did you ever attempt to "unlink" the connection then re-link it? Quote

billo Posted Friday at 09:33 PM Posted Friday at 09:33 PM (edited) All my google assistant devices show "offline". When I go to google home settings and look at plays with google, UDI is not listed. Adding UDI and logging in takes me to a page of devices that I am supposed to assign to a room... but they all show correct assignments already. Closing that screen results in no changes. If I try to re-assign devices... no changes. I can log in to the ISY portal, all there seems good. Update: removed portal access... then deleted the device from the isy portal. Added it in again, and then added portal access. Now working, although I have to re-enter all the spokens. Edited Saturday at 06:51 PM by billo Quote

I agree, but I have no idea how to unlink it if I can't see it under the linked devices. I had a similar problem with dark wind with some outdoor switches, and I ended up being able to resolve it on my wife's iPad but this time I tried it on the iPad too, and it absolutely doesn't show on there after it says linked either. And when I link it (as can be seen in the screenflow video that I attached above), I am using my main email account. JUST TO BE SURE, I just did it again on ipad, still no love. I wish I was just playing with this stuff, but I do have a disability and to count on it for being able to call for help using the Google devices, I really do miss it! Good thing is, it was working so great! Edited Saturday at 03:58 AM by johnstonf Quote
