This morning my EISY went offline  and appears to be dead.

Here is a pic on HDMI monitor connected to it.

Can anyone give any pointers please.

No IP address, no matter I do.

Have you tried simple things, like reseating your network cable? A different port on your router? Or a different cable?

Yes all of the above, even moved to a different router - same result.

Did an update occur? What version of IoX were you running yesterday? the first screen shows something about not starting "since we just upgraded". Have you tried the start button options?

You could try the 4 time button press to reset networking. Whatever you do, don't do a factory reset, at least not before you've opened a ticket with UDI to try and recover it first.

Yes that is what I thought. Yesterday I was on 5.8.4. Didn't try updating myself.

Multi function button does not respond. Tried 4,5 and 6 presses , no effect.

The router shows port connected, some traffic exchanged but no IP.

Same issue I am having, I purchased a new EISY and the same issue after it took updates.  I found that it is only taking a ipv6 address.  Was able to ssh to that address and add a static ip so I could connect and configure, but once the EISY rebooted it lost all my configurations.  I think there was a update to FreeBSD that is making it use ipv6.
