Program issue using" From" "To"

I have a small daily program that won't run.  I have the EISY (5.9.1) using a 24 Hour Claoc, alway have done so for 10 years back to an ISY and POLISY.  With a program as follows:

From Sunset
To 10:00:00PM (Same Day)

The THEN Action is always false.  If I Change it to:

From Sunset
To 12:00:00AM (Next Day)

The THEN Action works fine.

I wonder if it is because of the 24 Hour clock system setting such that in the first case, the programming thinks it is actually  from 1930 to 1000 same day so impossible.  My thought is that the programming should switch to a 24 hour clock and not use AM/PM format.  Seems like a Bug to me but have not exhaustively tested.

Thoughts?

Try setting your program to 22:00:00 instead of 10:00:00

I would but the "TO" seems to only give me an AM/PM option after using a FROM with the sunset as the start.

Am I missing some toggle?

@WFP, I tried your configuration (24 hour clock) with the following test program.  It ran correctly at sunset (activated my scene and set the variable), a ran false outside the time constraint.  My sunset is at 20:12 today, so I get slightly less than 2 hours of "true" time for the program.

I do agree that the AM/PM are the only options even though the 24Hr clock is specified.

I should qualify that I'm running a ISY994...

I initially ran things and was having problems determining whether the program ran true - that's when I added the variable flag.  The variable was set this AM so I know the program ran true last night.

I'm thinking that you program is indeed running, but your scene isn't hearing the PLM.  You could check your Log file, or leave the Event viewer open during the run time to verify.

You can also try force running the then portion to verify the scene devices can hear the PLM.

I'm seeing the same issue and I'm running 12-hour format.  I switched from ISY (where it ran perfectly) to EISY two days ago, and now some of my From/To using Sunset/Sunrise (next day) programs appear to not be running correctly.  The port went great, I have a new PLM (replaced a bad one a couple weeks ago) and all my scenes, etc look to be correct.  I'm betting (hoping) there's a bug somewhere with this on the EISY.  I need to go back and pay more attention while running some tests, but I swear that during the "Then" time of day, if I run the program Run If - the Then doesn't trip.  It Does appear that the Else portion Is running when the time period expires - its just the Then portion that doesn't seem to trip correctly.  I have several programs running for different locations - front porch light, coach lights, low-voltage landscaping lights, and they All don't turn ON (then portion) but when I turn them on by hand, they do turn OFF correctly (else portion.)   I HOPE what I said here makes sense!  :-)

It's possible that during the migration some of the program data got corrupted. Open a proggram that isn't working correctly and change some of the data, save the program, then go back into the program and change the data back to what you want. Be sure to save the program, then make an eisy backup.
