Ordered an eisy in Canada and got this...

Due to manufacturing issues, our vendor is currently experiencing delays, and we do not yet have an ETA. 

 

We are hoping to receive our shipment by early June 2025.

 

It won't be early June, I've been through this before. I'll be lucky to see it by fall 2025.

Sounds like a trade war related issue. But an answer from the source would certainly be good.

The imports from Asia to North America have slowed to a crawl. It's out of UDI's control.

We can't assume UDI reads all posts here. I'd submit a ticket to get attention sooner.

It looks like its available from their store, but I don't know the implications for shipping to Canada... vs what eisy + tariff might be if it were to get applied in the future.

Well it’s on their store with no advisory, I suspect is more of a wait until we have enough orders to ship than slowed to a crawl.

What's going on at UDI?

Is that from aartech? They currently show (continuous) "sale pricing", and an "on order from vendor" tag. We may get double tariffed when they eventually show up, with two borders to cross.
