No Developer Mode

Featured Replies

Posted

I signed up as a developer for my new eisy.
UDI sales says (and later confirmed) that I am set up as a developer.
I cannot get the developer mode in the Polyglot web page to show up.

What am I doing wrong or not doing?

Thanks.

I tried:

  1. Logging out and back in
  2. Deleting my browser cache
  3. Power Resetting my eisy.
  4. using a different browser.

The developer menu on the Polyglot pages should show up between the "System" and "Log" menus as shown here:

What my Polyglot page actually looks like is this:

@TomJ you might need to contact UD again to get help directly from them if not showing up as expected. Not sure what they do to trigger the change on the web portion.

I would attempt the "Switch Portal Profile" open under the "System" menu. Even if you're using the same portal account it might re-trigger the portal login and then associate that device/portal to your developer account.

If that doesn't trigger it then contact UD again.

That did it !!
I was tearing my hair out trying to figure this out (and I am almost bald already 😄)
The developer menu now is showing up.

Thanks so much !!
