Issue with iPhone app after replacing device

I replaced a SWL dimmer and it works fine as far as alexa commands, timers, scenes, etc. 

But when I try to access it with the iPhone app I get this.

Is it maybe looking of the old device? Is there a global refresh or something?

Try a resync of UD Mobile. Press on the three little dots at top right and then "Synchronize". This is normal after changes.
