Posted September 26Sep 26 I have recently tried to use Alexa to turn off something or turn something on. Today it says it cannot connect to the hub. This just started. I can connect to my ISY via my network. But I cannot connect to the portal. It keeps saying ISY off-line. My license is active I checked. Anybody have any ideas?
September 26Sep 26 When I have a disconnect from the portal it is usually resolved by rebooting my eisy.
