Friday at 01:43 AM2 days I was making some program edits for the first time in ages when it logged me out automatically. I was caught in a perpetual connecting to the subscription (or something similar). After waiting a long time and trying several times, I did a hard restart of the EISY by holding in the blue button until it turned red and then pushed again to start it. Could not see it in the launcher after this. The UD app showed a notification of updating software and to not disconnect power. (That would have been good info before I restarted it). Tried just about everything a novice can do.Cannot connect through portal. Tried lots of suggestions in the forum. Did a complete factory reset (pushed button 10 times). I assume it reset, but nothing happened to the lights from this.Need help, please.

I worked with Michael today, and I'm back up and running. Still need to update though. He sent me instructions that include to plug the "adapter" into my PC's USB port. I'm not sure what adapter he is referring to.
