I already have the latest updates.

I have 4.2.0 and have synced. I still get GVx

Do I still need to reboot if I have 4.2.0? Need to upgrade packages?

I would suggest upgrading packages to be sure all went well with the upgrade, and rebooting. After everything is up and running (be sure to check all plugins have started - there is a separate issue with plugins not restarting after reboot), then synchronize UD Mobile.

If that doesn't work, I would then open a new support ticket, as something else is going on.

I am on 4.2.0 as well. It fixed the similar issue with Elk node not populating, but either created or didn't fix the GVx issue with programs. I don't often look at programs on UD mobile, so not sure when it started.

Please try synchronization,

The most recent app update should have alerted all users on first open to synchronize....should also be much faster
