Saturday at 06:28 PM4 days I have an eisy running 5.8.0 and because of work travel, for the past year I haven't logged into the admin console (macMini on MacOS 26). I logged in a few weeks ago using IoX Finder and there was a large # of popups showing device communication failure. While I expect device communication failures b/c it has been so long since I logged in, what I'm experiencing is that I'm unable to close any of the popup failure windows and the entire UI is unresponsive after they all pop-up. They all look to be device communication failures. I remember in the past that sometimes you had to close out the first pop-up that occurred, even though it is on the bottom of others. However, I've gone through all of them trying to find the first one but none of them are responding to the Esc key being pressed or the 'x' button being pushed.I want to get into admin-console to get rid of some of these old devices.I'm able to still control devices using UD Mobile app.Any ideas of how to troubleshoot or fix?
Saturday at 07:10 PM4 days In the admin console, under help, what is your current Firmware and UI versions?Clear your Java cache, be sure to check all 3 boxes, then download the IoX Launcher from here: https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlpReport back if your still having issues
Saturday at 07:25 PM4 days Author That's the problem. Nothing in the UI (including menu) is responding to input with all of the failure popup windows. And that (start.jnlp) is how I'm accessing the Admin Console. Edited Saturday at 07:28 PM4 days by pdxcav

Monday at 07:27 PM2 days Author I appreciate the help everyone. I'm attaching a video showing the problem. The problem isn't that I have device comunication failures - I expect them b/c it has been a year since I've cleaned up my network. The problem is that after the UI boots up I am unable to close out any of the failure windows & the UI isn't responding to any commands (seen at the end of the video when I try to click on items in the menu bar).PS: I have rebooted, first thing I tried. I also cleared Java cache too. eisy-ui-failure.mp4 Edited Monday at 07:36 PM2 days by pdxcav
