Sunday at 08:28 PM2 days We had a brief power failure as the generator came up and switched over. The cable modem was not on UPS packup (is now) so internet dropped. When power came back up, it seems the Eisy is up but I cannot find it with IoX finder and the portal says it is disconnected. I have power cycled it (front button is blue) and the switch seems to be getting data from the Eisy. I have power cycled the PLM as well. The Eisy still looks to be offline. Any ideas?
Sunday at 08:33 PM2 days Does it appear in your router's connected devices table? If so, have you tried a ssh connection to it from your PC?
Sunday at 08:48 PM2 days Power down the Eisy then power cycle the router When the router is fully up and communicating power up the eisy..

The first thing to try would be powering it off and then back on. Try that a couple of times, giving it a couple of minutes to reconnect. If that doesn't solve it, you might need to open a ticket, and be ready to have a hdmi moniter and keyboard attached.

Currently looks booted, the ethernet port light flashes and the switch sees traffic on its port but no eisy connect. I'll open a ticket. Hauling a monitor and keyboard to where it is will be "interesting" It is up on a shelf in the basement with the switches, NAS boxes, etc.
Monday at 12:52 AM2 days Have you tried to ssh to eISY using something like putty? Also, try eISY.local from browser to see if eISY-II is reachable. Edited Monday at 12:54 AM2 days by hart2hart
Monday at 02:58 AM2 days Maybe try a new power supply. Sometimes the power supply gets flacking and the light appears but unit doesn't start up correctly.
Monday at 10:48 PM1 day Author I have been working with UD tech support who have been great. I luckily had a HDMI monitor and USB keyboard lying around to plug in to the eisy to do troubleshooting and enter command line commands. Still not quite there but better. I suspect it had a bad update cycle and got borked.
